Are you using an avatar we have on the web site or are you trying to use one of your own avatars?

Only donating members can use a custom avatar. Not paying members are limited to the predefined avatars.

Ah okay. It is a custom avatar so I guess that is why it is no longer showing. I was a donating member..... I have been away from the forums for a while but intend to donate again SOOOO thanks for the help guys.
