    Default Big GoLite Sale Timing?

I remember last year GoLite had a big sale to clearout the old gear for the new 2012 gear. The Jam pack was something ridiculously cheap like $50. Does anyone remember around what time of year that was? I want to keep a lookout so I don't miss it again like I did last year.

When? I never saw it on any of my e-mails (that's not to say I might have deleted them and not remembered it). Last year it happened the first/second week of February.

I bookmark this page and check it most every day: http://www.golite.com/Clearance.aspx

I'm close to owing at least 1 of everything Golite makes....

Just looked at their Facebook page - the 75% year end clearance was in December.

I'm holding out hope that there will still be a big sale on the Jam, because it looks like the 2012 model is still the only one for sale on the website. Maybe that will come soon. Fingers crossed.

Not quite that cheap, but close ... $100-120 depending on size. Just got the e-mail this morning. http://www.golite.com/packs-and-lugg...ntry-ultralite

I snagged one of the Jams on that 50% sale, it's a nice pack but I might return it, not sure if it's comfortable enought for me. I'm comparing it beside a mountainsmith phantom 40. The GoLite is way lighter, but I like the hip belt and suspension on the phantom much better, the jury's still out on that however.

It seems every time I go to buy a GoLite product it is out of stock. Are they ever in stock?

    Happenning now

However I dont call $110 that great of a price on a Jam, they basically jacked the normal price to something no sane person would pay for that pack , then pretend that 50% off is awesome. Most wont pay much more than that for it.

I bought my Golite Jam during their '12 Days of Christmas' sale.

    FYI (though off topic)
I had to phone to place an international order and the woman on the phone told me that they were revamping most of their line. I asked about tents and she said they are not going to make them anymore and instead focus on tarps.
