I have had the same problem for a few months now.
This only happens (to me) here at WB.
So I did pretty much the same as Zelph including downloading the Fix IT from MS . (that did nothing atall)
Did some more searching and as suggested by others I now use Chrome and that works for me.
(I am still using Windows XP, so Explorer 8)

There is another site that I have problems with when using Explorer 8.
That one minimises itself shortly after I load it and some sections in there do not work correctly.
Again it works fine on Chrome.

I started having this same problem on this web site three days ago. I do not have this problem on any other web site.

I don't know why you would start having this problem three days ago because nothing has changed with the software on this web site in almost a year. I don't know why it would start.

I use Mozilla Firefox and downloaded NoScript (a freebe) that works with Firefox to block scripts. Usually effective, but a script slips by once in a while.

IE is subject to many problems with plug in's - replace the IE and see if it goes away...

One of the "Features" of browsers (now) is to customize your viewing. Unless you disable it, PITA, you will see ads, and scripts running.

This error is caused by our Internet browsing habits. Apple, MS, Google (and Lord know whoelse) are _helping_ us by providing ads that we (drooling half-wits, acccording to Ad types, that we are) just have too see. So the ads follow us from page to page. There ought to be a law, seriously! It's an invasion, well a distortion, of our privacy.

Set your browsers too Stun and erase your caches & see if it doesn't go away.
