> Blacksburg, VA or Princeton, NJ: April 6 - 7
> Princeton, NJ or Blacksburg, VA: April 13-14
> Charlottesville, VA: May 11-12
> Warrenton, VA (near Washington, DC / Northern Virginia): May 18-19
> Madison, NJ (near New York City): June 1 - 2
> Spruce Knob, WV: August 14-21 -- Wilderness First Responder (8 days)

I can tell you these are excellent classes. Matt does a great job. I think all long distance hikers should have some kind of first aid class before heading out in the wild.

I took one in Crawford Notch last spring to prepare for the hike. It was extremely good!

I loved the WFR course I took from SOLO. They teach you how to improvise in the back country with what you have on hand.
