Shortly after descending to the Elk River you'll come to a nice little shaded campsite with a fire ring and a narrow path down to the water. You might prefer this to Sugar Hollow. It's fully exposed and a bit overgrown (at least it was when I last passed through).

Doll Flats, leaves you a short hike down to 19E. Great view and awesome camping with water
