If I'm not mistaken, you need to be a donating member in order to edit.

I would have to check the settings but I think it goes something like this. You can edit your post 15 minutes from the time you posted. After the 15 minutes you will no longer be able to edit your post unless you are a donating member. If you are a donating member you can edit your post for up to 15 days.
