Oz, great points. You are the person you have to look at in the mirror each morning. Although come to think of it over the next 5 months you may not be looking into a lot of mirrors.In my experience, these things often give those that are "above" a wake up call that things need to be looked at.
I've always been one to tell my boss when I think he/she is a moron.
It hasn't always helped my career even when I'm tactful about how I say it.
Still, it always let me be comfortable with myself that I am honest about everything and that's more important to me.

Poor Gramps, stuck in the wilds of Maine, no phone, vending machines, movies, or Internet. Who would willingly subject themselves to such deprivations?
