Wait LW I dig up all the old posts to answer a serious question and you say don't click on it? We have our differences but was that wise?
Dogs are excellent judges of character, this fact goes a long way toward explaining why some people don't like being around them.

That is the kind of people I always wanted working for me. Of course tactfully presented around others, but I always welcomed the most honest and even unvarnished feedback behind closed doors. One of the best services an employe can do is providing valuable input to their boss to prevent them from making bad decisions.

It hasn't always helped my career even when I'm tactful about how I say it.

Oz, great points. You are the person you have to look at in the mirror each morning. Although come to think of it over the next 5 months you may not be looking into a lot of mirrors.

Photocopying it all tomorrow to leave a copy here for my wife to have in case of problems.
In the next day or so I will go to the Bibbulmun Track Northern Terminus to pick a stone to take to Katahdin.

Oz, I think that is really cool! Just sure it is a small one, you do not want to get into any issues with customs.

    let's see...
Emergency room visit after the AYCE chicken ankles for your going away party in the cafe, $500
you'll drop about $400 at Neels Gap to replace your old, faithful backpack due to peer pressure..
$20 to get through the Smokies
$80 remaining, just enough left to get shuttled to Asheville to go back home.
    Enjoy your hike!
