Default Effects of last night storm on trail?

We were on the trail Thursday and Friday. We were suppose to stay last night but because of forcasted temps we decided to be safe and leave. Glad we did. Nothing was in the forcast for storms like came through. I was amazed when I got home and saw the radar. It was scarey. How many trees down along the trail? Anybody know?

Skyline Drive in SNP's South District was closed this morning but reopened late afternoon. I know this doesn't answer your question about the trail but it gives you some idea of the severity of the storm which, among other things, demolished the PATC's storage shed at Rockfish Gap.

PATC volunteers and Park Rangers are inspecting the trails today and tomorrow. I'd keep checking their websites.
