I think like me you find reading WB the only way to treat the Springer Fever. I go for walks on my local trail whenever I can but use WB etc to feed the need to be on the AT.
Re vomiting, how about "chunder blazing". In Oz we call vomit chunder. Much more friendly sounding description...
The more important question is, how do shake a "Bryson"? Answer by hiking the trail. To the OP this is not something to worry about stuff like that sorts itself it out on the hike. Why are people acting shocked that some inexperienced noob is lighting up the board. Happens often does it not? I remember a certain NOBO attempt in my class that put more posts up here before Springer than miles made before getting off trail.
