    Default watching a thread

Tried to search for answer to no avail. I am aware of a couple ways to watch a thread but am wondering how to do it as I quick reply. My question: If you are posting a quick reply what is the best way tho then watch that thread?

Thank you all, thanks for being here.

I will type "mark......" in a thread I want to follow but don't have anything to add. That way I see the dot next to the thread when I hit New Posts.

When I look at the Whiteblaze home page, I click the "New Posts" link under my User CP on the left side of the page. This shows me a list of every thread with new content since the last time I looked. Threads in which I have posted have an icon, a small green circle with a checkmark.

There are a couple ways to subscribe to a thread.

You can open the thread and in the top right area of the thread look for THREAD TOOLS.
From here you can subscribe by picking Instand Notifications By Email and then whenever someone posts in the thread you will get an email notication.
Or you pick Subscribe Through The Control Panel Only, this means you click on the QUICK LINKS in the FORUMS secondary navbar and then select SUBSCRIBED THREADS. This will should oyu all the threads you are subscribed to.

    I hope this helps.

Thank you all for the replies. I think I have a handle on things now. This forum is set up a little different from the other one's I tend to use. Just had a little learning curve. Thank you for the help. Thread Tolls was key!
