    Default What Shoe, Pack & Tent Did You Use On The AT/PCT

    Hey
    Im looking at upgrading gear to maybe some New Balance 805's, a Golite pack and a Tarptent but was interested to know what other people use.

    That's pretty close to my three: New Balance (don't remember the exact model), Golite Gust and MSR Hubba.

    Keen Targhee II Mid-Boot, Osprey Atmos 65, and an MSR Hubba HP. Never got a blister from the boots, had a zipper blowout on the pack, or leak in the tent.

    Very pleased.

    Brooks trail runners, ULA Circuit and Tarptent Moment....occasionally carry Tarptent Cloudburt if I suspect too much bad weather just for the extra room.

    Edit: scratch that - I haven't hiked the PCT/AT yet, but this is what I currently use when I go hiking.
