    Agree, if the handle is hot, its likely because you are heating it. Dont heat it. My SP600 handles stay cool in my solo setup.

    I have the same Snow Peak cup, just wait 45-60 seconds and those handles will be back to room temperature. Here's the responses I got when I asked the same question before I found out how fast the handles cool on their own.

    I used the carbon felt windscreen from minibulldesigns as a pot grabber, windscreen and insulator while eating. It works great.
