Default Almost pucker-free seams on lightweight materials. . .

I'm updating my blog as I get around to doing my pre-hike projects. There are a lot of blogs out there with down quilt instructions. Not here to influence anyone's chosen down quilt pattern, or clutter the forum with stuff everyone already knows or can find elsewhere. But I've also seen some pictures of some pretty well-puckered seams in some of the instructions I've read. Since I knew how to avoid this, I thought I'd add the link to the blog post here. It would also be useful just for stitching together very light weight fabric, although I haven't found it necessary with cuben.

Hope this helps some folks. I am, after all:

    2013, hopefully.

This is great, thank you. I'm somewhat sewing machine challenged (actually, its not the machine that really challenges me, its the sewing itself). I have a sewing machine and would like to use it to construct lightweight gear, but just need to learn the techniques.
