    Default April 8TH Springer!!

Just wondering if any of the WB members are going to be on the trail April 8th? Survivor Dave hopefully will drop me off the morning of the 8th and I will limp for about 2 weeks to see how far an old man can go. Hope to meet a few of you out there!! A lot of my friends call me Miller Time. Drop in on this post if you plan on being out there at this time.

I may be out for a few days on the 8th, leaving from Springer and hiking to Neels Gap. Hope to see you out there.

i plan to start on April 7. I will be going slow, so you will probably catch me. If so, wave as you pass.

Getting on the trail April 11,, two week shake down. Hope to average 10 mpd. Just booked the hiker hostel bunk, fight to Atlanta all set, mail drop to mountain crossing almost ready. Time to log some miles with a pack, the winter gym workouts are getting old. Slow and steady wins the race, so I my not see you but enjoy your walk.... Hyoh

Last year I started north for 3 weeks on 4/9, shuttled by Survivor Dave as you will be, and had a great 3 weeks on trail. Deja vu all over again. Blow by blow if you're interested at trailjournals.com/QiWiz

Wish I could be out again this year . . .
