    Default 2012 AT Journals

So far I'm only following "second stage" who started on 1/4. Point me to some other starters.

If you haven't read Lemur's 2011 AT journal, you should. One of the best I've read.

Second Stage has a way of bringing you along on her hike.
Another one I am following is Daddy O, he just gives his account of the day and does not add much but it's a fast read and he seems like a good guy.

I am starting in 12 days!!! so excited to get out on the trail! www.trailjournals.com/ericmckinley

still trying to determine a trail name... not sure yet... i do not mind chicken man but I would prefer something a little more meaningful. I just quit all my jobs which i have had for many years. I enlisted into the Air force and deploy for boot when I return from the trail.. So let me know if you have any ideas.

The trail will name you, and you will be much more appreciative of it than anything we come up with here.

If you haven't read them yet, I am very much enjoying the Trovert's journal. They are a husband/wife team. VERY entertaining and educational! I am starting on Thursday and also have a journal, if you would like to follow. It's at www.trailjournals.com/aka2012.
