I have tried a few and they have, with one exception, been quite bland. The exception is called "Milkman" and many years ago was suggested in an early edition of Townsend's multiple edition best seller. I was purchasing it locally in Publix supermarket, until they decided to stop carrying it in favor of brand X, probably because they could make more profit with the new item, or, even more likely, it just wasnt selling. I am the only one I know that buys powdered milk. Anyway, looked up the distributor Familiar Foods, Industry, California, and from internet their phone at 626-336-2066. You can buy a whole case for 34.14. I did.
Its great to add to just about anything you cook and gives you a 8 g protein/serving. I love milk and have found that if you take Sgt Rocks container with screw-on lid and mix your powdered milk and water to correct portions in it and shake like hell to aerate the mixture it becomes quite tasty. Food for thought, so to speak., But its a light way to have a different, beneficial taste.
