    Carpe diem. Seize the day. It sounds like that's how this guy lived, which is fortunate since his number came up so soon and so unexpectedly.

    Could very well be that all the crap he ate on his thru hike contributed to his heart attack.

    Troy "Follow" had a history of heart-related issues. I had the pleasure of hiking with Troy a handful of times over the last two years. He'll be missed by many.
