Why attack those that are right?

it's your high and mighty attitude. she offered an opinion and you two attacked her for it. you could have handled it much better. then to top it all off, you continue to berate her just to prove yourself right. it's not necessarily about the content as it is the behavior.
your wording, "dispatched", is an example. this is not assassin school. you can be right and still be an ass. i do it all the time.
