    Default Space Bag Vaccum bags

Has anyone ever used those travel space bags from bed bath and beyond? (The kind that you roll out the air not without a vacuum) They claim to be waterproof. How do you think they would work for a clothing stuff sack?

Check the weight against one of those super-sized ziplocks (they're way bigger than a gallon), which is what I use. IIRC, the seal on the space bags can be kind of finicky.

I use a couple of the smaller travel size just to keep spare socks & shirt dry. Also use to keep a worn out bath towel dry to clean up at night. These you can rool up & get the air out.

Two gallon zip locks are a lot cheaper, easier to get quick.
