    Question pop can stoves

    can someone explain this to me? What is the purpose of making a stove like this:

    http://www.thesodacanstove.com/stove/

    Why go to the trouble of making the inner wall and cutting the center out, when a penny stove, with no inner wall and just a few little holes in the stoves top (covered by the penny in use) is far simpler?

    Is there an advantage?

    If you ever have a need to fix your penny stove watch the instructional video made by "oops56"

    What a thing to stay to any devoted "stovie"...time to take care of the heretic! (See illustration below

    {BTW, I had just finished a can of soda and was examining the empty can when my wife snapped at me "THROW THAT AWAY...DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT MAKING ANOTHER STOVE...You have a boxful of them in the closet!" }
