Damage to Southern VA from Tropical Storm?

Anyone know if the latest tropical storm did damage to the trail in Southern VA? Or did it improve the water situation? Thanks!

It really did neither. We stayed out of the way of the storm. It was raining prior which helped the water situation, but it rained so much most just ran off, it's still dry, just not as bad a before.
