Quitting a decent(but miserable) job to go. My life philosophy is much better suited to the hike then to working at a job I hate just because it's the 'responsible' thing to do. Have most of my gear, and working on getting into (better)shape.

When am I leaving: Middle to late March 2011 (If savings are there)
Hiking Companions: Dear Hubby Keith and k-9 Elli if she can pass her good canine class and obediance.
Leaving From: North Dakota, where everything is flat and the AT will be my first xp with mts.
Approach trail: As of now yes we are planning to do the approach trail.

If any one else is planning on hiking from the plains states let me know, we can bounce info off each other. Otherwise I can't wait for next year!
