My Friend is on his Fifth Day on the AT

Hey... I wanted to pass along a blog my friend put together for his 2010 AT hike (he's currently on his fifth day of the trip). He decided to do his second Appalachian Trail thru hike and this time, send his updates directly from the trail.

So as long as his cell phone reception is there (it's been spotty, but he can usually post once a day) you can follow along on his Appalachian Trail blog or sign up to get his Twitter alerts.

I know he's going to try checking his website once a week, depending on how often he can find a public computer, so you can leave him messages and pray that he gets back to you!
