I will be starting NOBO on March 1rst. It been three years since I did my thru-hike and I feel the need to run away again. No big stressers or worries, I just like the woods and the trail community.

The gear is about the same as my 07 hike (those of you that know me, know that I hate talking gear so dont expect more info). I am not looking to set any land speed records for this hike. I am just looking to wander north following the white blazes. I think I will try and vary my mileage a little so that I can try different shelters this time. Also I will be staying at different hiker hostels (where available) than before.

So good luck to the rest of the class of 2010, i'll cya up the trail.

hit the trail the 15th myself. this is my first thru and i m looking forward to it. dependin on your mileage and mine, maybe i ll see you on the trail.

Well you've got the experience under your belt. Help all the newbies out there who are likely having it tough. Have a good hike.
