beginning of march, cant wait to start, seh you all
Im still in.....Looking at starting the first week of April 2011....
Absinthe.......It's not just for breakfast anymore.
I will finish my SOBO in 2011 - from Delaware Water Gap to Harper's Ferry. So I guess that also makes me a part of this class. REALLY looking forward to it!
Well I plan(ned) on starting 3/31 with my husband and friend but I tore my meniscus and have to have surgery on 11/22. I'm hoping that 4 months recuperation and rehab will allow me to hike. It's such a bummer. My husband is walking 5-8 miles a day to keep in shape and I can't even walk around the block.
I have lots of motivation to get myself back in shape after surgery!

Hiking is like a shower......a couple of wrong turns can get you in hot water
Add two more to your list. My fiance and I are leaving March 8th from Iowa. I looked into plane tickets and Amtrack, but found greyhound bus tickets for $86 each, if you buy in advance. It will take a day to get to GA. Maybe its a cheaper way to go and not tarmack waiting either. See you on the trail!
Hawks-eye, I took the bus from MD to GA, never again will I ever put myself through that torture. 23 hours of crying babies, switching buses, odd smells, and drunks puking in the seats behind me. Call me what you will, but I booked a train ticket this time, hopefully it will be a little better...
