Marmot Helium 15 degree vs. Mountain Hardwear Phantom 15 degree?

I own the MH Phantom 15 degree and I absolutely love it! I've never actually been down to anything really below 40 degrees, here in socal, but I've used it a lot and I highly recommend it. The bag is so so comfortable, it gets you excited to get into it. I've had some feathers come out of it though, keep in mind I got it on Ebay. But none have come out recently... I like it so much I recently purchased the Phantom jacket, another great buy!
