Needed: A ride from Baltimore to Waynesboro on 9/5/09

I am trying to meet up with a flip flopper that I met during my Nobo hike who will be in Waynesboro on 9/5. I am in need of a ride to meet her in order to start hiking together south. Please let me know if anyone is possibily able to offer any advice or aid on a way to meet up. I tried to see if there was a greyhound or a rental service that would allow me to get there, but I could not find any solutions.

Do you mean Waynesboro, PA or Waynesboro, VA? Both are sizeable towns within driving distance from Baltimore (though PA is closer).

If you mean the one in Virginia, you can take Amtrak to Staunton, less than 10 miles away, and then a bus to Waynesboro. You can also take Amtrak or Greyhound to Charlottesville, which is farther away, but you may be able to get a shuttle from there:

The Waynesboro in PA is harder to get to. You'd definitely need a shuttler to take you there.
