Default Anton Krupicka Blog and film "Indulgence."

For anyone who has not seen it yet, ultra-runner Anton Krupicka has a really nice running blog, so far as running blogs go. He sometimes goes a while without updating it, but when he does update it (many times a year), it's worth it.

He takes a lot of nice photographs, especially of the Colorado area where lives and trains (formerly Colorado Sprints, now he lives in Bolder) and he discusses his daily runs and talks a lot about the mountains and loops he runs up regularly. So if you ever had a desire to train in Colorado, or the rockies, in general, you might like reading his blog.

I bought the DVD of the documentary somebody made about him which I thought was worth the money.

If you are into trail running, especially if you have ever pined to live out west in the mountains at high elevation, you would probably like this video. The video contains a fair amount of interviews with Krupicka, but also contains a lot of scenic footage of him running various courses in Colorado, California, and Utah. The DVD also has extensive bonus features of even more interesting interviews, as well as a review of many of the courses he runs, with elevation, difficulty, and remoteness ratings, set to music, which is my favorite part.

Thanks for sharing! I haven't gotten around to watching the videos yet, but as an aspiring trail runner in Boulder, I'm finding his blog very inspiring. It's so motivating to see him crushing long routes on the same trails I run!

    Krupicka is A-W-E-S-O-M-E.

    Ultra running Jesus.

Great attitude, a little bit out there, but very intuitive.

Was in Boulder this fall, looked at some of the routes, just plain crazy.

Plus his design input on the NB MT101 shoes was great, awesome shoe.
