    Default April partner ?

I'm starting a thru hike nobo sometime around the second week of April. I am not a greenhorn, just a little rusty. I am not a social recluse so I perfer some company if anyone is interested.

You'll probably wish the trail and shelters were a little less crowded.

I'm planning on going in april. Total greenhorn, but very athletic. I am considering taking my dog, a great pyrenese. Name is chuck, and you may reply direct to ambe01862@yahoo

You will have a lot of company second week of april. Lots of people starting out that time, you will find people to hike with.

Wait til' you meet people on the trail. At the time you are starting, you will see quite a few people every day. If you hook up with someone ahead of time you are buying a pig in a poke. I would not include "hiking partner" in my essential gear list.

I'll be starting April 9th so I'm sure I'll be seeing you and we'll have plenty of company.
