Default want to write a poll, how?

Can someone tell me how to post a poll on here. Step by step, or at least an idea would be wonderful. Can't seem to figure it out.

    Thanks

I had exactly the same question:

Go to a poll forum, write your 1st post about the poll, click submit. As soon as it post it brings you to another screen where you add the questions and set the perimeters.

the Poll must also be declared by the originator of the thread, first post. You can't "add" a poll to an existing thread....
