    Default SNP north parking

Planning a SOBO through SNP and want to start at the Rt 601 or 602 access. Is there parking there, and is it safe to leave a car there for a few days? We can arrange to have the car moved back to the 522 access, if that is a better choice.

We have parked at 522 without problems.

best choice IMO is to park at the 4H center - just time it as to when the office is open so you can sign a liability waiver

You can park anywhere in the park overnight as long as it isn't posted "No overnight parking".

My advice to you is park where your vehicle will be highly visable both to patrolling rangers as well as anyone else. A car that is parked in a highly visable area is less likely to be broken into because it posses a bigger risk of being caught to the intruder.

That is what I do (I have a sports car) and no one has messed with my car in all the times that I have left it.
