Let's do a photo code. A game, kind of, called "What Are You?" based on the codes given to images by digital cameras. People who upload photos without changing the filename leave the code intact.

Here's how you play: Go to Google Images and type in "DSCNxxxx" where xxxx is the month/day of your birthday. Several images will come up, choose one that expresses your inner self. Mine's Dec 5 and DSCN1205 yields an image that I know is the true me.

So it is supposed to be "one that expresses your inner self?" I guess I may be either this or this.

The only problem is it is hard to not try to incorporate this one, but that is not the "inner self" that is more what the inner self would like.

baltimore jack tarlin to the left of me, miss janet to the right. here i am stuck in erwin again. not really. walked 18.9 yesterday and 5.5 today to spivy gap and jack and janet and fabion were waiting with food and love. were at the library after a shower and laundry at janets. catland is looking really great and is almost done cooking janets grandson. tonight , dinner. reload foodstuff and zero. then ill go back to spivy and wait for johnney thunder and walk into erwin with him. may do an all bacon magic for my trailfriends also. may not. spoke to the dude today. hes makeing trail plans. the goat is still liveing vicariously thru me. all others jellousey fueling my hike.oh so much support and magic! max is going to get off easy i feel. his lawer has a plan. called lang my landlord today. all is cool with paying rent when i return. my legs and feet are strong and my gear good. all is fun now that the weirdos and creeps are thinning. meeting lots of femeninas. woods are rooting and lots of wild veggies. wild ginger needs another week. its so cool to eat the plants and smell ginger . switching to bacon and steaks now that the smokys and the 5 day section to erwin is behind me. my staff is so cool dances. its a godsend. thank you alot. janets busy with family and house. jacks the best host and im a big fat thruhiker. sending vids to the dude, will post them soon. stand by.

We had a good, long talk; he's in Erwin, planning to get to Damascus before "Trail Daze", and do some volunteer work.
I'll see him there, along with many others, in a couple of weeks...
