    Default Thank you Whiteblaze

Well, my time has come. These are going to be a hectic couple of weeks coming up, and I'm not sure if I will have another opportunity after this weekend to thank everyone for the valuable information for my thru hike this year, so thank you everyone. If I can, I will certainly try to get on before I leave.

Here are my ETA for landmark points along the trail:
    Damascus: April 10th-April 20th
    Harper's Ferry: May 15th-25th
    Katahdin: August 10th-20th

If you would like to contact me, please feel free to email me, as that is my first priority when I get a chance to go on the computer.

Thanks again everyone, and I'll see you on the trail.

Kirby, best wishes for an awesome thru! This, I'm sure, will be the adventure of a lifetime. Be safe and keep that Trail Journal updated as best you can. For one, I'll look forward to reading it regularly! HYOH!

BEST of Luck Kirby! Remember, AYCE's are your friend!!!! And don't be afraid of shelters. You can always tent near one if you're worried about snorers or mice, but you experience a lot of great things there with your friends as well.
If people spent less time being offended and more time actually living, we'd all be a whole lot happier!

That's an agressive itinerary Kirby ...

Stop and smell the roses whenever you can. Focus on the journey and not the destination. Katahdin comes soon enough !!

Make a lot of friends, take a lot of pictures and keep it FUN !!

    All the best ...
