IIRC, Newb's avatar is himself as a young'un...

How can I find out if someone has me on ignore (not that it's conceivable anyone would want to).
And, what does it take to get on the list?

I just thought of a hilarious way to wreak havoc with the whole ignore system.
If enough people repeat the ignored persons post - voila!

That's why it's not all that effective. Plus, WB's implementation is wimpy. You see the posts but the words are missing. I dunno, I want something stronger. Ignore is ignore. I want that person to disappear from view.

It's kinda like when Dubya's on the telly. It doesn't matter what he's saying or doing, I wanna turn it off or change the channel. Oh well.. 376 DAYS

But can you de-ignore someone. And what if the one gem you think is cool gets uttered.

Ms. Abrams might be doing a local live report. Hmmm. How's the weather?

I admire the strength of your digestive system. I get the heaves, then turn it off or change the channel.

Never seen again or perhaps a symbolic animation of the Red Sea parting, then coming back together again swallowing up the ignored individual?

    Other ideas?

I wish everyone would take me off their ignore list.
Speaking of chickens, why did Mozart get rid of his? Answer: because they were running around his yard saying, "Bach, bach bach bach Bach."
I bet that puts me back on some ignore lists.
I'm not really a hiker, I just play one on White Blaze.

I have used the ignore button in the past, but then I discovered the entertainment button (take the mofos off ignore).

My stress level has decreased drastically by unsubscribing from that particular area!

It's a presidential election year. There's no escape!

PS--I've never even been tempted to subscribe to the political forum. I basically just want to talk about hiking.

just be glad that on this forum the bleed over from the politics area to the rest of the forum is fairly minimal - othere forums (ex. TT) are worse
