    Cool SOBO May 2004

    Just checkin in to see if anyone is planning to thru hike north to south may of 2004. I am just keeping my eye open for a partner.

    I would love to help you with any info you may need. I also have most of my gear of have the plans to buy the rest of it. So if you are interested in chatting i would love to atleast get to know you and if we dont hike together maybe i will see you on the trail

    Big K isn't usually passable until late May early June. Snow has started pretty early this year as well. Just be sure you check trail reports before you head out.

    we left June 12 '01 from Big K. Bring lots of bug spray for ME.

    You'll find a partner out there. Hiking SOBO is becoming increasingly popular. HAving a hiking partner you don't know too well is like being married to someone you don't know too well. Stress of staying together, hiking different speeds, spending more money, etc can be catastrophic to your journey.
