    Default Toesocks checking in

Just checking in will all our friends at WB. We are moving north enjoying our hike. This is harder than running but much more fun. We have met so many hikers that we now call our friends. This is a special community if you have not seen or heard from a hiker for awhile you start to worry. If you want to loss weigh go for a hike then you can eat or drink as much as you want. Still having fun.

Hey, Toesocks--Good to hear from you! I've been tracking you on TJ so I knew you were still out there. Good luck with the rest of the hike!

PS--I'll be down in the Nantahala again this weekend, a little north of where I met you folks a few months ago.

They actually are driving around the country in their RV from last I heard. Mr Toesocks developed Lyme disease on the trail last year and then fell and fractured a rib outside DWG, so they got off. We saw them at Baxter SP in Sept but they were not able to climb Katahdin. I hope they get out again. Great couple.

I just heard from TS1 and they are doing great! Having fun traveling around in the RV. They are headed for incredible Alaska. Currently, they are passing Mt Rushmore, Custer State Park and headed for Yellowstone before turning north.

Slight swerve... Marta, I love the toesocks for hiking! Some use them as their only sock, I use them as a liner. Im prone to blisters between the toes... I have never had another one since using these socks! Hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
