Default Washington, DC slide show and thru-hiker hang out

Several still-in-withdrawal hikers (Tofu and Figaro GA>?? '05, and The Tortise GA>ME '06) are tentatively planning to get together the evening of Monday, January 22nd at my house on Capitol Hill to share slides, food and maybe some drinks. If you're a recent thru-hiker or a 2007 hopeful, I think we'd welcome you. Anybody interested?

You might want to come to the PA Ruck. It's only a couple of hours north of DC the last weekend in January. You'll meet a lot of AT hikers there. Bring your pictures.

Well, Spirit Walker, I'm one of the carless, and I'm traveling for work the weekend of the PA Ruck, and there were several of us young recent thrus who all wanted to just get together in DC and hang out, and thought I'd invite some WhiteBlazers. I hope the Ruck is excellent!
