    Default Animated Advertising

    When the idea of banner ads was originally discussed it was my opinion that it was stated by the administration that Whiteblaze would not be hosting animated advertising in the banner. Is that still the case or was that policy silently changed? This is in specific reference to the Outfitter at Harper's Ferry ad.
