Baltimore Mack/ hostel in Franklin

Whatever happened to the Baltimore Jack Hostel…was going to check it out in May…staying at Standing Indian campground with my son, to hike the Nantahala Loop, first hike since a stroke took me out, and wanted to visit Franklin as Jack and I got along well a few times that we ran into each other.
Did they reopen/ rebuild?

Does Ron Haven own anything hiker related in Franklin? Has he completely left the scene?
