Looking for hiking partner in North Georgia

Male in the Atlanta area without much experience in hiking, looking for a more experienced hiking partner to hike part of the Appalachian Trail in north Georgia or North Carolina. Would be best to find someone who has occasional Mondays off. Any time of year.

I might be open to it. I'm hoping to do springer to the NC border this year in day hikes (mostly) but also a couple of overnight trips (1 or 2 nights at most).

Me too. I've already done Georgia but I'm going to be itching for 1-2 nights in the woods along about late April-early May.
