Default balance rocks Pennsylvania, mile 1240

My hiking, buddy and I are planning to walk the stretch from Fort Franklin Road to hawk Mountain Road. she'd like to bring her yellow lab, Quinn, on the walk tomorrow. He's pretty experienced, but I'm wondering about the location named balanced rocks at mile marker 1240. I just walked the stretch from Bake Oven Road to fort Franklin Road and I think Quinn would have had a problem at the knife edge at Marker 1249.

Ballance rock is off the side of the trail. I don't remember the trail past it as being much of a problem. Getting over to the Ballance rock is another thing. It was a bit more of a rock scramble than I was willing to do just to rock the rock, so I went by. The trail by there is still a jumble of big rocks, but not nearly as bad as the knife edge.
