Apples, Apples & More Apples!

Just back from the trail and the Orchards near Pine Grove State Park. The trees are overloaded with Apples. I don't think I've ever saw so many Apples on those trees. My dryer is running full blast right now. Anyone else drying like crazy?

a receipy for apples?
boil noodles, you need the flat ones, round noodles dont taste as well. dont ask why, please.
cut apples to small pieces without the house. peel if you want to, but its not necessary.
heat pan, fry noodles in butter (oil will do, but not as tasty), add apple pieces and brown sugar. some cinnamon if you like.

when all is glazy and hot serve it.

The constant rain up here all summer has the apple trees producing not only piles of wild apples under them, but the apples are very large in size. Deer and bears are happy.

Has anyone tried Brown Sugar on their Apples for drying? I was thinking of adding it to them to make them sweeter. Would it work?

I heard a while ago that apples are bad for bears because they ferment in their stomachs and get them drunk. Any truth to this?

I've been using 2 driers for the past 2 days and still have more to dry.
