Default Thoughts on MSR thru link

Has anyone tried the msr thru link? What are your thoughts. Can it double as a gravity filter (if you've tried)?

Never seen it, but unless it REQUIRES you to suck on it to get the water pulled thru, I would think it would work. It's what I do with Sawyer filters. If the hose is about 3' long the gravity filter will have about 1psi of pressure.
