Loft Mountain (Shenandoah Park) Tent sites

"Loft Mountain has a combination of reservable and first-come, first-served sites. Reservable sites are released in sections. No reservations can be made 48 hours before your selected date."
How does it work for 2 section hikers for tent space? What is the chances of FCFS sites on a Saturday Night in April?

Loft Mountain rarely fills up in April, unless the weather is very pleasant.

Sorry, I was thinking of Lewis Mountain. Loft Mountain campground usually doesn't open until the first weekend in May.
