Default Bland VA Parking Near Brushy Mtn Outpost

I'm thinking of ending a section here. AWOL guide doesn't list Hwy 52/Bland/Bastian/Brushy Mtn (591.8) as having a parking area. But I vaguely remember seeing some cars parked near here a couple years back on a section. Does anybody with knowledge of this area know? Or if there isn't parking here, if there is nearby?

    Thank You!

No parking when you come out on 52, but there is parking about 0.8 miles farther on, on VA612 at mile 592.6 Now if you had Guthook, you'd know that

I have parked there 3 times in the last 2 years for several days at a time with no problem. The parking area is at the highest point in road [US52]. Trail comes out down the gravel road beside a house, then continues on down the road over I-77 and on down to the bottom of the hill before heading off into the woods again. Hope this helps.

Parked there and in that area several times a few years ago. No problems at all
