Help with Whiteblaze Profile

I notice some on their profiles have their hikes and years hiked posted at the bottom of their entry. Having trouble figuring out how to do this...any help would be appreciated...

If you click on Notifications in top left of window> inbox> and then on the left side of window under "my profile" lots of options will popup. Click the Edit Signature
