    Default Lasagna

Buy a box of Annie's Cheesy Lasagna. It makes three meals so split the pasta and seasoning packet into thirds.

    Ingredients:
    1/3 package Annie's pasta
    1/3 package Annie's seasoning
    1/4 cup dried meat
1 tablespoon of dried green pepper
1 teaspoon of minced onion and/or garlic

Put above ingredients in pot with 1-1/3 cups water.
    Bring to boil.
    Simmer for 10 minutes.

Dried beef, dehydrated cheddar cheese powder (Amazon), dehydrated vegetables, and spices. We pack these ahead and seal in food saver bags for each meal. Just add boiling water and maybe some olive oil. Super satisfying, nutritious, and no insulin spike.
Can also add dehydrated whole egg powder for a tasty breakfast meal.

Gravy - easy to find powdered gravy where you just add water.
    and instant potatoes
    and dehydrated corn

almost sounds like a meal we used to eat growing up. always had meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy and corn.

I think the "key" to any dehydrated meat is adding a sauce of some type - red sauce, brown/chicken gravy, etc
