Any idea if it's compatible with a MSR Windboiler stove?

I don't have a Windboiler. The Reactor is a lot bigger stove and I doubt it would be practical. I'd guess you would lose the efficiency that makes these stoves so great, but more importantly it would be dangerous. The big pot would not would balance well and would be tip/scalding risk, so I would not recommend it to you. The best use of this pot is for large group or winter camping when using snow as water source.

I think you're right. The Windboiler I have is the same thing as the Windburner which are smaller after doing some searches. I'll just stick to my whisperlite shaker for melting snow. If I'm melting snow it's cold enough for a different stove. Glws!
