How is the service on the trail in Southern Virginia?

I've done Damascus to Marion and Pearisburg north. No significant issues. Spotty in a few places, but that is to be expected.

[Slow Trek]

My son and hiked from Springer to Delaware Water Gap(so far). He has US Cell,I have Verizon. In that distance,there was maybe five times where I had service,and he did not. You should be fine.
