Has anyone tried this combo?

I am looking for a budget 15 degree down sleeping bag that will give me some room to toss and turn.

I want to take this combo into the 0 degree f territory of the Drakensburg in South Africa.

You dont get a quilt for sale here and i dont know if i would trust it.
